I. Discover

We spend time getting to know you and learning about the challenges your organization is facing so that we can generate a comprehensive picture of your opportunities for development. We dig deep with focused questions to gain clarity and align on straightforward objectives before launching our work together.

II. Design

III. Execute

We work online and in person to optimally deliver the program we’ve designed for you. This is where the rubber hits the road as we operationalize the acquisition and practice of new skills, behaviours, and consciousness. Through conversations with your organization’s key stakeholders, we stay connected to what’s happening in real time.

IV. Measure

At each program’s conclusion, we ask for feedback with respect to the performance of our programs. This ensures that we are meeting your objectives and ultimately driving the performance of your people and organization.   • Yes. We facilitate learning opportunities that cultivate strong, healthy teams and organizational culture. Building relationships and trust while encouraging openness is what we do best. Whether you are looking for a program of a couple of hours in length or several days, we will work with you to ensure a high value experience is being created for your people. This can look like hosting annual gatherings, facilitating all-hands meetings and events, or executing multi-day offsites.

  • We provide coaching to executives, leaders, and key talent at all levels of your organization. We support each person’s learning objectives and provide an experienced sounding board for challenges and opportunities they are facing.

  • For individuals, we offer Executive Advisory Services and Individual Leadership Coaching. Most of our programs are for teams or entire organizations with group options available for coaching and advisory.

  • Sometimes it’s easiest to have all participants gather consistently online for digital delivery. And sometimes, you just can’t beat being in the same room together. We work with our clients to determine the best mode of delivery for each of our programs. While most of our programs can be delivered either remotely or in person, we always leverage the means that best suit our clients and the achievement of their objectives.

  • Our team is certified to conduct EQ-i 2.0® and EQ 360® assessments, which we use in tandem with our leadership development and coaching programs.

  • Employee well-being is essential to the success of organizations everywhere. We offer programs that support mental health through educational webinars, on demand mindfulness resources, and practical skills for leaders and teams under pressure.
