II. Cultivating Emotional Intelligence

Understand emotional intelligence, how it impacts leadership, and set goals for development.

We use the Emotional Quotient Inventory (EQ-i 2.0®), the world's leading measure of emotional intelligence, to support leaders in understanding where they currently excel and where they need to develop.

This self-assessment is based on fifteen competencies grouped into five composites: Self-Perception, Self-Expression, Interpersonal, Decision Making, and Stress Management. The EQ-i 2.0® report provides a snapshot of a leader’s emotional intelligence and is reviewed one-on-one with our certified coaches.
