Program modules
EQ-i 2.0® Assessment
Through a pre-program debrief, certified practitioners guided participants on selecting a development focus based on this snapshot of their emotional intellifence as a leader.
1:1 Coaching
Participants all received one-on-one leadership coaching between modules to maximize the value of skill development and real life practice.
Graduation Ceremony
An in-person graduation ceremony was held to celebrate each participant's achievement and commitment to their leadership practice.
