Earlier, Chloë led the training and leadership development departments at lululemon athletica (NASDAQ:LULU), assisting the company’s scale from 2 to over 200 stores while nurturing a culture of leadership and development.

Adam leads the creation and implementation of 3fold’s business strategy efforts, managing 3fold’s sales and marketing activities as well as our internal operations and finance team.

He collaborates with our people and trusted partners to match bright leaders with timely people, culture, and leadership development support.

Previous work in foreign markets consulting, performing arts, retail management, and philanthropy provides Adam with a unique perspective of our clients’ needs and industries.

Stephanie ensures seamless delivery across all 3fold programs by coordinating logistics, systems, and communication from initiation to completion. She bridges marketing, sales, and operations, aligning our team and tools to create a smooth, high-value client experience.

With a Master’s in Social Work and a passion for organizational psychology, Stephanie brings a people-first lens to operational leadership. Her background in facilitation, project management, and public speaking—plus a sharp design eye—supports the development of polished materials, effective systems, and clear program insights.
