TRUE LEADERSHIP BEGINS WITH SELF.
Personal Legacy: Leading Self supports you in developing a principles-based practice of self-awareness and self-leadership that allow you to stay connected to your commitments and intentions throughout life's challenges and successes.
- Reclaim choice in the personal legacy you are creating, moment to moment
- Make choices aligned with what you are committed to, instead of being reactive
- Develop resiliency and the ability to hold steady in difficult circumstances
- Notice and release incorrect beliefs that don’t serve you
- Create a vision for your life and goals that support you in getting there
Personal Legacy: Leading Self is a four-part online video-call series that is enjoyed in small groups of between 4-6 participants. The group meets online every two weeks for 90 minutes, and completes homework in between sessions. Participants meet with another participant to discuss assignments and share reflections on course material and learning.
As the facilitator of the course, Chloe shares her personal experience of the principles and exercises throughout demonstrating how this program has impacted her life both personally and professionally over the past ten years.
Please ensure that you are able to be present for all four calls:
Wednesday October 11, 10:00-11:30am
Wednesday October 25, 10:00-11:30am
Wednesday November 8, 10:00-11:30am
Wednesday November 22, 10:00-11:30am
"I can draw a direct line from the confidence and clarity I gained through attending 3Fold's Personal Legacy: Leading Self course to a 400% increase in revenue and the sale of my company to a customer."
-Aaron Vidas, Founder StrategyBox
"I have participated in a number of 3Fold's personal development courses over the past few years. Each time I am tuned up to my commitments, reminded of the power of language, and gain a deeper awareness of how these affect my daily life. Chloe's composure, generous sharing and genuine care of all participants is what keeps me coming back for more."
